#251 One of the first things that Katniss did after she had recovered was light a candle and float it onto the lake in Cinna’s memory. It felt like the best way to say goodbye to him; simple, elegant, and the light shone upon everything it passed and made it infinitely more beautiful, just as Cinna had done. After all, he had created the Girl on Fire. He was the man who set her alight.
